Wedding Signage

Good brides don’t gatekeep so here it is.

This page should talk you through how I made the Order of the Day sign for our wedding.

Order of the day - To Do List

I am obsessed with this sign, it could potentially be the best thing at our wedding, apart from my husband…

When I first got engaged I remember seeing lots of these signs and always wondered how hard they would be to create. Turns out super easy!

So let’s go;

I used canva to design my board. You can pick fonts, colours, elements (little graphics) and everything in between.

You can also create the right size to ensure that when you print, the words don’t become grainy or distorted.
For example - this is A1, so on canva you will need to create a custom size and select 59.4cm x 84.1cm.

Tip - You can add the print bleed lines to ensure you don’t go too close to the edges - File, View Settings, Show Print Bleed.

I have popped the link to my sign here, so feel free to use and edit - I’m so kind!

I used Printed.com to print all of my stationery. They had loads of sizes, shapes, material to create everything from large board like this, to name cards, table talkers and everything in between.

To give you an example of what I used here;

Table plan boards
A1
Portrait
3mm Recyclable board

The team were really helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. Delivery was also pretty quick, but I would recommend getting these as early as possible.

TOP TIP - Your names aren’t going to change, so order your Welcome signs now!

I’ve also done a video for you to see here;

I hope this helps! If you have any more questions feel free to pop me a message on Instagram!
