“Our wedding was only a success because of Georgie!! I booked her as our on the day coordinator despite our venue having an events person just a few months before our wedding. I was a pretty organised bride as I work in the industry but we had some last minute changes at the venue which were challenging and she handled it all like a pro without stressing us out. The ins and outs and logistics of the day are IMPOSSIBLE to do as a bride and to also enjoy yourself. I have no doubt some things went wrong but we had no idea about them, she was a shield the whole day and our suppliers are still raving about her!

Georgie is heaven sent and I want TO SHOUT ABOUT HOW GREAT SHE IS!!! She is organised, empathetic, authoritative and approachable. So much so my bridesmaid has booked her straight away for her wedding in a few months.”

“We booked Georgie as our wedding coordinator from Friday-Sunday in May 2023 for a DIY wedding. Prior to the weekend, she was a great help advising on things like cocktail suppliers and food timings.

In person, she made the busy set up inside a marquee and village hall seem effortless, and helped smooth over any issues on the day like power supplies not working and a fortune teller's car breaking down. She basically ran the show for my wife and I so that we could relax and enjoy every moment to the fullest.

Along the entire journey, for every question we came up with, she had the ideal answer — and was often even one step ahead of us, knowing what we were thinking. Couldn't recommend Georgie more highly, and she is a real joy to work with.”

“Georgie was absolutely incredible both in the lead up to our wedding and on the day itself. Not only is she the best wedding coordinator out there, but she is so lovely you want to hang out with her too.

You could literally tell her that the groom wasn't going to turn up and she would calmly find you a new one, sharpish. Luckily, this did not actually happen but you get my gist.

No problem is a problem with Georgie and I was trusted that any issue would get sorted. If we didn't have Georgie on the day I would have been so stressed but I just knew that she would get stuff sorted without any fuss. Our only regret was not employing her for longer during the lead up. Thank you so so so much.”

“The wedding hero we didn't know we needed!!

Georgie was incredible from start to finish. After chatting to her about how we wanted our day to work she completely understood the vibe and went over and above to ensure our wedding was perfect. We knew we could trust her 100% to make decisions on the day as she had taken the time to get to know us as a couple, and she knew what we would want. Georgie was simply amazing and we couldn't recommend her highly enough!”

“Honestly the best investment we made for our whole day.

Having Georgie and knowing that she would take care of any issues or questions that arose on the day left me totally relax and enjoy it. I was so chilled, and I'm normally a control freak, but I just knew that when things went wrong (and lots of little things did) that Georgie would sort it.

My partner was sure at first what a coordinator would do as we already had a venue coordinator but couldn't have done without her helping out, below are just a few of the things she looked after for us:

Helping bridesmaids with stains on dress, tangled necklaces.

Managing suppliers and venue about timings and location of stuff.

Sorting out my dress - bustle, helping me remove tons of confetti from my cleavage, making sure it looked perfect in photos.

Wrangling guests for photos like sparkler shots.

Making sure groom and I were nice and calm on the morning, especially making sure we had little moments alone or with out daughter so we could just take it all in.

Helping direct us when to walk down the isle, I would totally have panicked about when in the music I was meant to go without her.

In general, she just made the whole day so lovely and we didn't have to worry about a thing.

Bonus points because she was so nice and warm and exactly the energy you want on your wedding day. “

“If you have ever thought about booking a wedding planner or on the day co-ordinator for your wedding then Georgie is your woman!!!

I booked Georgie myself, and chose her 'Side Chick' package - my partner could not see why we needed Georgie - WELL after the wedding he has changed his tune!!!

Not only did we meet Georgie before hand and she helped with with bits of planning, she was also on hand via email or whats app with ANY questions we had, it was such a support having someone there to help us through this process.

On the day all of us had the best time, we just where present and enjoyed ourselves, any issues Georgie was there to answer before said issue even got to us, keeping the day moving Georgie was there, dealing with family drama Georgie was there, stepping into do another suppliers job as one was late Georgie was there.

She was quite simply incredible and Honestly i cannot recommend her enough!”

“We were a bit on the fence about having a wedding coordinator. And then we had the wedding day.

No joke, Georgie was the best money we spent on a supplier. She made sure my husband was in exactly the right place to escort me down the aisle, and when my anxiety took over at the wedding breakfast she got me away from the crowd, brought us dinner herself, liaised with the people giving speeches to let them know the new timetables, AND got me into my second dress so that people thought it was just a costume change.

She was so bubbly and personable on the day which really helped me relax - she got on with the bridesmaids, made sure I didn’t know the time so I couldn’t stress just before the ceremony, and even sewed up a guest’s dress in the loos. We cannot recommend her enough.”

“If I was to get married again the only thing I’d do differently is book Georgie earlier - no joke. I got married on 27th October 2023 and booked Georgie in Feb 23 after meeting her at the podcast launch. I was sat there listening thinking, I need her personality around me on my wedding day and after booking her all my decisions were easier and less pressured, it was a totally different experience.

There’s not much Georgie won’t do to help - see the picture attached of her fixing my flip flop later into the night! She helped me to the toilet when I didn’t want to interrupt my bridesmaids dancing and I’m sure if I couldn’t have got my wedgie out myself she would have helped me there too!

Nothing was too much trouble for Georgie both during the build up and on the day and she helped me feel that our day was completely ours, that anything we wanted or planned would work - she would just figure it out and I didn’t worry or question anything once I’d passed it onto Georgie.

When a supplier didn’t turn up, Georgie had it all in hand and even though I knew something was a miss, I wasn’t worried at all because I knew she was handling it and the day wasn’t impacted at all. We did have a venue and catering coordinator as part of our catering that would have coordinated the day for us but I made 100% the right decision to have Georgie take the lead, the standard is unmatched.

Georgie has an infectious personality and is so easy to get on with and rally makes you feel relaxed. My partner had never met Georgie before the wedding day and he felt completely at ease with Georgie guiding him through day. We both felt reassured the morning of the wedding knowing Georgie was checking in on each of us and reporting back to the other when we asked, it really made a difference in keeping us connected and relaxed.”

“Having Georgie as our wedding planner and on the day coordinator was even more invaluable than we could have ever imagined. Georgie provided so much support & gave us some amazing ideas that just made our day more perfect! Planning a wedding during the pandemic was not easy, but Georgie really did have all of the bases covered and was always able to put our minds at ease. She made sure the day ran flawlessly - and even pulled out a sewing kit to fix a fastening on my dress mid-celebrations! A woman of many talents!!

“If you book Georgie for your wedding it will be the best decision you will make!!! We booked Georgie as our planner and on the day co-ordinator for our wedding in June 2021. We had a more unusual wedding in that it was a surprise wedding and kept secret from our guests up until the night before the wedding. We knew that planning a surprise wedding during a pandemic wouldn't be the most straightforward so booked Georgie early on which I'm SO glad we did! Georgie was by far our most responsive supplier, most resourceful, creative, helpful, supportive, encouraging and FUN person we worked with. She will try to make any of your ideas work, create the day you dream of and see it through on the day to more than you thought was possible! Our wedding venue wasn't typically used for weddings but you would not have known that on the day - it all came together to complete perfection because of Georgie. We can't thank Georgie enough and will never forget the amazing contributions she made to giving us the most incredible moments and memories we will treasure forever. Thank you Georgie - we miss you already! If we could do it all over again we'd chose you EVERY time.”

“Georgie is incredible… from start to finish Georgie made my entire wedding day wonderful. If I could sum Georgie up in three words it would be ‘ She just know’s’. She really does, she knows what you want or need before you even know you need it.

On the day Georgie was incredible, as soon as she arrived I felt the weight lifted from my shoulders. From final details to organising all the suppliers arrivals, taking care of my two children organising the groom to be, meeting guests, arranging the bridesmaids and flowers girls the list is endless to be honest.

Our special day went wonderfully and a huge part of that was due to just how incredibly organised and fantastic a person Georgie is.

On the morning after the wedding around 8am i woke up with a little sadness as my special day was over but I had received a video from Georgie which was full of different moments from our special day put to the music of our first dance, this was such a thoughtful gift, I can’t stop watching it. I will treasure that video forever.

I would recommend Georgie to anyone looking to hold an event of plan their wedding, get booking you won’t regret it!!!”

“Everyone should hire Georgie. She went above and beyond what we expected from her, whether that was finding back up suppliers, creating our amazing balloon arch the day before the wedding or making us a beautiful mini wedding video. Which she sent over at 7.30am the next day, reducing us both to tears immediately. When Georgie walked in to the bridal dressing rooms on the morning of the wedding I felt like I was going to cry…because she became so much more than a wedding supplier to us, she become a friend, a champion of us and our wedding and the reason why our wedding day was so perfect, everything went so smoothly and that is because of Georgie. We trusted her with so much and she delivered. The relationship she built with us over our (slightly longer than planned, thanks to Covid) wedding planning period was amazing and we cannot thank her enough. We will (and have) recommend her to every engaged couple we know. She is the best. Every engaged couple needs Georgie!!!”

“What an incredible woman!

We originally hired Georgie before the pandemic took over for our wedding in May 2021. We had a fantastic first meeting to get the ball rolling and she already had every detail covered, things I never would have even thought of!

Roll on to Jan 2021 and I start having a bridle melt down, Georgie kept me calm, we discussed some options and my now husband and I decided we would be going ahead with our original date no matter what.

From there Georgie was amazing. She had every detail covered, helped us communicate between suppliers and the venue, in our opinion she went above and beyond and we can’t thank her enough.

On the day she kept up this fantastic reputation, it ran so smoothly, from reminding us that it was time for cake cutting, first dance, photos, to re-arranging furniture when the sun came out so we could enjoy the outside of the venue.

“Georgie absolutely made our wedding day! We hired Georgie to make our venue look pretty as due to postponement it wasn’t something we could do ourselves the day before anymore. I dropped off a van literally full to the brim of wedding decor and Georgie brought my decor dreams to life. I never really thought much about having a coordinator before but Georgie really proved how important it is. She lit literally like a hundred candles for us,

moved decor bits throughout the day to make the most of using it for different parts of the day, she made sure all our guests knew where to go what to do and she made the cutest little video of our day which has me in tears everytime I watch it! I could go on and on about all the things she did for us, with a huge smile on her face all day. A million Thankyou’s Georgie, everyone needs you for their wedding!”

“Georgie was just incredible from start to finish. I was very reluctant to hand over control to someone but she put me at ease from the very beginning and helped me realise that I just couldn't do everything. No matter how big or small the task was, Georgie helped find solutions and made things happen so quickly. Lucy was our lady on the day and my goodness, that woman is a ninja, she flew around without anyone really seeing her and she made everything happen. She also made sure I constantly had a full glass. Definitely worth the investment as these two ladies were just fabulous!”
