Outdoor settings can be unpredictable when it comes to tech. Ensure your speakers, microphones, and lighting setups are fully charged or have reliable power sources. Extension cords, generators, or portable chargers might just be your best friends.

Keep Your Guests Comfortable

Your guests comfort can make or break the experience. On a hot day, provide shaded areas or handheld fans. If it’s chilly, offer cosy blankets or heat lamps. Small touches go a long way in making everyone feel looked after.
